Drink water often.

On a hot day, even if you do not feel thirsty, drink water frequently.
If you do not feel thirsty even when it is hot, be extra careful.
You might already be dehydrated.

Drink or eat something containing salts or minerals.

Drink or eat something that contains salts or minerals, with water.
If you drink just water, the salts and minerals in your body will become diluted.
For this reason, the mineral balance in your body will worsen and you will become even more sick.
You can also purchase drinks that contain water, salts and minerals.

Wear something cool.

Wear clothes that let in cool air.
Clothes that do not let in cool air prevent a high body temperature from being released to the outside.
When it is difficult to change your clothing, roll up your sleeves and loosen your collar.

Get accustomed to the hot weather.

To get used to the hot weather, it is important to sweat.
For example, you can get accustomed to hotness by exercising and sweating.
Start by exercising for about 15 minutes a day and increase the exercise duration in a couple of days.
When your body is accustomed to hotness, you will not get sick so easily due to the heat, even when it suddenly becomes hot.

Use a hat and/or a sun umbrella.

When the weather is fine, your body is exposed to sunshine and heat.
So, when going outside, it is better to use a hat and/or a sun umbrella.
